Albina City Nuts began in 2008 with a simple goal: to turn one of our region’s greatest treasures—Willamette Valley hazelnuts—into the perfect everyday snack. We spent countless hours in the kitchen perfecting our craft (and eating more than our fair share of samples) until we nailed our signature Sweet & Salty Hazelnuts. Today, we’re still a small, family-owned business dedicated to the art of the small-batch roast.
Our philosophy is straightforward: use great ingredients and don't overprocess them. From our small-batch specialty nuts to our perfectly toasted corn, we keep the recipes clean and the quality consistent.
It’s about making a daily snack that’s as reliable as it is delicious, roasted right here in PDX.
